These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website and to any services you purchase from Amelia Baker‑Losilla trading as Ami Baker PT (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Note: This document is written to be practical and consumer-friendly across Spain/EU and the UK. It does not replace tailored legal advice.

1. Who we are

2. What these Terms cover

​

These Terms cover:

1. Use of our website and its content

2. In‑person 1:1 sessions in Barcelona

3. Online live classes

4. Online memberships/subscriptions (Core / Plus / Stretch‑only)

5. Coaching add‑ons or higher-touch services offered at point of sale (including Life Takeover)

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

3. Health, safety and suitability

​

Our services are fitness coaching and education. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, physiotherapy, or nutrition therapy.

You are responsible for deciding whether exercise is suitable for you. If you are pregnant, post‑natal, returning from injury, managing a medical condition, or unsure, you should check with a clinician before participating.

You agree to:

• Disclose relevant injuries/conditions before training

• Stop immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy, experience chest pain, or sharp/strange pain

• Follow coaching instructions and modify where advised

• For online sessions: ensure you have a safe space (clear floor area, stable chair if used, appropriate footwear if needed)

4. How a contract is formed

​

A contract is formed when you complete checkout/booking (or we confirm a booking in writing) and payment is taken. We may refuse a booking if we reasonably believe the service is unsafe or unsuitable.

5. Services we offer (summary)

​

5.1 In‑person Barcelona 1:1

​

• Bespoke Start Session (120 mins) — €120

• Standard 1:1 session (60 mins) — €50

 

(If you later change pricing, the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase applies.)

5.2 Life Takeover (weekly high‑touch support)

​

• Life Takeover — €65/week

• ​

What this includes is described at purchase/booking (and in any welcome email). If anything in the description conflicts with these Terms, these Terms govern.

5.3 Online live classes + memberships

​

Membership tiers (monthly, auto‑renewing):

• Core — €39/month

• Plus — €45/month

• Stretch‑only — €18.99/month

Online delivery is live, with the timetable and joining instructions provided after sign‑up.

6. Locations and privacy (Barcelona)

​

In‑person sessions are delivered by appointment in the Sarrià–Sant Gervasi / Sant Gervasi area. For privacy and safety reasons we do not publish an exact address on the website. Exact details are provided after booking.

7. Online delivery

​

You are responsible for:

• Your internet connection and device

• Joining at the correct time

• Having enough space to move safely

If a session is materially disrupted due to a technical issue on our side, we will offer a reasonable alternative (for example, a replacement session, credit, or where appropriate a refund).

8. Cancellation and rescheduling (appointments + classes)

​

8.1 Client cancellations/reschedules (24 hours)

​

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Changes inside 24 hours are treated as a late cancellation and are charged/credited as used.

8.2 No‑shows

​

If you do not attend a booked session/class, it is treated as used and is non‑refundable.

​

8.3 Late arrival

​

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to keep to schedule.

​

8.4 Our cancellations

​

If we cancel due to illness/emergency, you can choose:

• A rescheduled time, or

• A credit/refund for that session

9. Membership billing, auto‑renewal and “one month’s notice”

​

9.1 Auto‑renewal

​

Memberships renew automatically each month unless cancelled in line with the notice terms below.

​

9.2 One month’s notice (how it works)

​

To cancel, you must give one month’s notice.

This means:

• If you cancel with 5 days left of your current billing month, your membership remains active until the end of the current month and you will be billed for one further month (your notice month).

• You can continue to use the membership during the notice month.

• Your membership ends at the end of the notice month and you will not be charged again after that.

9.3 How to cancel

​

Cancel by emailing pt@amibaker.com. We will confirm cancellation in writing.

(If you cancel via your payment portal as well, please still email so we can confirm the effective end date.)

9.4 Pauses

​

If you offer pauses/freeze options, they are by written agreement and do not apply automatically.

​

10. Life Takeover billing and cancellations

​

10.1 Weekly billing

​

Life Takeover is billed weekly unless otherwise stated at purchase.

​

10.2 Notice / stopping

Unless your specific agreement states otherwise, Life Takeover requires 14 days’ notice to stop weekly billing. (If you want this to be one month’s notice to match membership, change this clause.)

11. Refunds

​

Refunds are handled in line with:

• The cancellation rules in these Terms

• Your statutory consumer rights (not limited by these Terms)

Where a refund is due, it is returned via the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

12. Free launch weeks / manual trials

​

Free launch weeks or trials (if offered) are not auto‑converting paid trials.

A free week is limited to the dates advertised and does not convert into paid membership unless the customer actively signs up.

​

13. Consumer cancellation / withdrawal rights (UK/EU distance sales)

​

Where you purchase online or at a distance, you may have statutory cancellation/withdrawal rights (often a 14‑day period) depending on what you purchase and when performance begins.

Where the law requires it, we provide the relevant information at checkout/booking.

14. Intellectual property

All website content, training materials, programming, and downloads are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, record, distribute, resell, or publish our materials without written permission.

15. Acceptable use of the website

​

You agree not to misuse the website (including hacking, introducing malware, scraping, or unlawful content).

​

16. Liability

​

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. You remain responsible for exercising within your capabilities and following safety guidance.

18. Complaints

Email pt@amibaker.com with “Complaint” in the subject line. We aim to respond within 10 working days.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version displayed on the website at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.

20. Governing law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer resident outside Spain (including the UK), you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
